Full casting has been announced for David Henry Hwang’s Chinglish, which will begin its Broadway run at the Longacre Theatre on October 11, with an official opening on October 27.

As previously announced, Leigh Silverman, who helmed the play at Chicago’s Goodman Theatre, will once again direct.

The cast will feature Gary Wilmes along with Goodman Theater cast members Jennifer Lim, Angela Lin, Christine Lin, Stephen Pucci, Johnny Wu, and Larry Zhang.

The design team will include David Korins (set), Anita Yavich (costumes) and Brian MacDevitt (lighting).

Hwang’s many other plays include M. Butterfly, Golden Child, Yellow Face, and FOB.
