Full casting has been announced for Amaryllis Theatre Company’s Philadelphia premiere of Rock Doves, by Marie Jones, to run at The Playground at the Adrienne, November 12-December 7. Mimi Kenney will direct.
Written by the author of Stones in His Pockets, the play looks at life on the streets of post “Troubles,” contemporary Belfast, where four misfits — a self-styled loony, a prostitute, a transvestite, and a young, would-be hero — unravel a mystery of surprising connections among patriots, informers, and the innocent caught in their violent world.
The cast will include Phil E. Eichinger (Lillian), Susan Giddings (Bella), Christopher Imbrosciano (Boy), and Michael Toner (Knacker).
