Downton Abbey star Allen Leech will join Once Upon a Time's Ginnifer Goodwin in the Los Angeles premiere of Nick Payne's Constellations at the Geffen Playhouse. Directed by Giovanna Sardelli, the production will run June 6-July 16, with opening night set for June 14.

Constellations explores the relationship between Roland (Leech), a beekeeper, and Marianne (Goodwin), a quantum physicist, through the concept of the multiverse theory, according to which several scenarios can coexist at the same time. The drama premiered on Broadway in 2015 with a cast consisting of Jake Gyllenhaal and Ruth Wilson.

Leech is best known for his television work, notably as Tom Branson on the beloved series Downton Abbey, for which he won three Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, as well as roles in HBO’s Rome and BBC and Showtime’s The Tudors.
