Dan Foster Replaces Giovanna Sardelli as Director of Hudson Stage Company’s God of Carnage

Dan Foster has replaced Giovanna Sardelli as director of Hudson Stage Company’s production of Yasmina Reza’s Tony Award-winning play God of Carnage, to run November 4-19 at the Woodward Hall Theatre at Pace University in Briarcliff Manor, New York. Sardelli has departed due to a family emergency.

Foster, one of the theater’s three producers, has previously directed the company’s productions of Boston Marriage, Rabbit Hole, and After All. Among his other credits are

In the play, two Brooklyn couples meet for a “civil” discussion over an incident involving their children on the playground, but the mask of manners erodes quickly and everyone’s true colors emerge. The company features Doug Ballard, Denise Bessette, Paul Carlin, and Carol Halstead.

The production will feature set design by Steven Kemp and costume design by Amy Clark.
