Second Stage's annual gala was held Monday, May 7, in honor of Stephen Sherrill's 34 years as chairman of the board. Peek inside the starry evening in the gallery below.

Attendees included Denée Benton (Natasha, Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812), Sierra Boggess (School of Rock), David Cromer (The Band's Visit), Trip Cullman (Lobby Hero), Lindsay Mendez (Carousel), Itamar Moses (The Band's Visit), Ashley Park (Mean Girls), Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), Sherie Rene Scott (Whorl Inside a Loop), Anna Deavere Smith (Notes From the Field), among others.

Lawrence G. Creel, Hamilton E. James, Anthony C.M. Kiser, and Terry Lindsay served as gala cochairs alongside vice chairs Julia Koch, Carol and Bill Lewis, George Loening, and Kimbrough Towles.

Second Stage is currently represented on Broadway by the Tony-nominated play Lobby Hero.
