WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Winner of 6 Tony Awards including Best Musical!

Inspired by a true story and based on the 2005 film, Kinky Boots follows Charlie Price (Stark Sands), whose recently deceased father has left him a nearly bankrupt shoe factory. In an effort to live up to his father's legacy and save the family business, Charlie works to turn the factory around. He finds inspiration in a sassy drag performer named Lola (Billy Porter) who inspires Charlie to create a line of boots study enough for a man, but elegant and fabulous enough for a lady. As the unlikely pair work together to save the factory with their "Kinky Boots," they discover that when you change your mind about someone, you can change your whole world.

Directed by Tony Award winner Jerry Mitchell (Hairspray), Kinky Boots features a book by Tony Award winner Harvey Fierstein (Newsies) and a score by the Grammy Award-winning pop star Cyndi Lauper, making her theatrical music-writing debut.

A lottery system for tickets will begin taking names two and half hours before curtain at the box office for $37.00 tickets. There is a maximum of two tickets per person. $27.00 standing room tickets will be made available for sold out performances.
