The Kennedy Center has announced a $30 digital lottery for the DC mounting of Anastasia, set to run from October 30-November 25 in the Opera House.

The digital lottery is open for entries now for all performances and will remain open until Sunday, November 25 at noon. Patrons who have been selected will be notified via email or text and have 24 hours to purchase up to two tickets at $30 each. Entrants must be 18 years or older. A valid, non-expired photo ID that matches the name used to enter is required for pickup. Seat locations awarded by the lottery are subject to availability and may not be together. Additional details and times will be announced in other tour cities by the local theater box office prior to the engagement.

Directed by Tony winner Darko Tresnjak, Anastasia features a book by Terrence McNally and an original score by Tony winners Stephen Flaherty (music) and Lynn Ahrens (lyrics). Ahrens and Flaherty penned the tunes for the 1997 animated film on which the stage musical is based, and have expanded their score, which contains the songs "Once Upon a December" and "Journey to the Past," for the theatrical production.
