Amélie, the new Broadway musical beginning performances March 9 at the Walter Kerr Theatre, has announced its general rush and lottery ticket policy.

A limited number of $39.50 rush seats are available for purchase in person (cash or card) at the Walter Kerr Theatre box office beginning at 10am (noon on Sundays) for that day’s performance(s) only. There is a maximum of two tickets per person. Rush tickets are subject to availability and may not be offered at all performances. Seats are best available and may be partial view.

A limited quantity of $45 front-row lottery tickets to each performance will also be available through previews only here. There is a limit of one entry per person (no age restrictions), and up to two tickets per winner, payment by credit card only. Lottery winners will be notified by SMS and email by noon the day before the performance for which they have entered.

Based on the beloved five-time Oscar-nominated film, Amélie features a book by Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award nominee Craig Lucas, music by Daniel Messé, and lyrics by Nathan Tysen and Messé, with musical staging and choreography by Sam Pinkleton. In the show, shy Amélie lives quietly in the world, but loudly in her mind, where life is filled with mischievous adventures, a garden gnome can be a world traveler, a goldfish can be her dearest friend, and true love is as magical as she imagines. Longing to connect with others, Amélie covertly improvises small but extraordinary acts of kindness that bring happiness to those around her.

Hamilton Tony Award nominee Phillipa Soo leads the cast in the title role alongside Adam Chanler-Berat as Nino. The company also includes Tony Award nominees Manoel Felciano and Tony Sheldon, as well as David Andino, Randy Blair, Heath Calvert, Alison Cimmet, Savvy Crawford, Harriett D. Foy, Alyse Alan Louis, Maria-Christina Oliveras, Paul Whitty, Emily Afton, and Jacob Keith Watson.
