The producers of Broadway's Waitress have announced that Nicolette Robinson and Al Roker have extended their runs as Jenna and Joe, respectively, and will now be in the show through November 18. Roker, however, will not perform November 9-11.

Inspired by Adrienne Shelly's 2007 motion picture, Waitress features music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles, a book by Jessie Nelson, and direction by Diane Paulus. The production opened April 24, 2016, at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre, and earned four Tony nominations.

In addition to Robinson and Roker, the rest of the cast includes Benny Elledge (Cal), NaTasha Yvette Williams (Becky), Drew Gehling (Dr. Pomatter), Ben Thompson (Earl), Mariam Bedigan and London Skye Gilliam (Lulu), Bill Nolte (Joe), Tyrone Davis, Jr., Law Terrell Dunford, Molly Hager, Jessie Hooker-Bailey, Anastacia McCleskey, Stephanie Torns and Dan Tracy.
