Writers are usually very reluctant to take notes from outsiders regarding how to rework their material. But what happens when someone goes so far as to rewrite your ending? And what happens when that person is only 6 years old? Well, in the case of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton, the answer is, you perform it!

Miranda and costar Leslie Odom Jr. (who plays Aaron Burr) took to the stage to read the words of young theater aficionado Iain Armitage, who penned a happier ending to the historical musical as a school project. It also made us wonder: How would history be different if Hamilton and Burr ended up as bros instead of foes? Take a look:
