Roundabout Theatre Company held its annual gala last night, February 26, honoring Jessica Lange with the Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre at the new Ziegfeld Ballroom. Tony and Emmy winner Kristin Chenoweth headlined the event with a performance. See photos from the red carpet in the gallery below.

Lange most recently won Tony, Outer Critics Circle, and Drama Desk awards for her performance as Mary Tyrone in Roundabout's recent revival of Long Day's Journey Into Night. She is also a two-time Academy Award winner, five-time Golden Globe winner, and three-time Emmy winner.

The Jason Robards Award for Excellence in Theatre is named after the late Jason Robards for his longstanding relationship with Roundabout and memorable body of stage work. It is given to those who have made an indelible impact on both the company and the theater world overall.
