Muppet Christmas Carol, With Cut Song "When Love Is Gone," to Be Available on Disney Plus

Disney Plus will begin streaming an uncut version of the classic Muppets Christmas Carol, featuring the popular cut song "When Love Is Gone."

This extended edition will be available in beginning December 9 on the movie's "extras" page. The 4K release is in celebration of the 1992 film's 30th anniversary. The Muppets Christmas Carol is written by Jerry Juhl, directed by Brian Henson, and features songs by Paul Williams.

Adapted from the Charles Dickens story, The Muppets Christmas Carol stars Michael Caine as Scrooge, alongside Muppets regulars Dave Goelz, Steve Whitmire, Jerry Nelson, and Frank Oz. It casts Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy as Bob and Emily Cratchit, Fozzie as Fozziwig, and others.
