Feinstein's/54 Below will welcome Chris Dwan in his new cabaret Waste of Space on September 6 at 9:30pm. The veteran of Finding Neverland, The Old Boy, and Harmony makes his solo concert debut at the venue.

Conceived by Dwan and Will Blum (School of Rock), the event is billed as a cerebral exploration of self discovery and the power of the imagination through the eyes of a boy on a journey beyond the cosmos. Will Van Dyke (Kinky Boots) will music-direct with special guests Hannah Corneau (Evita), Angela Travino (South Pacific), Will Taylor (A Chorus Line), Max Chernin (Bright Star), and Dwan's Finding Neverland costar Tony Yazbeck.

The evening will include a wide range of musical genres including original material by Dwan and Ross Baum as well as music from Barry Manilow and Bruce Sussman's musical Harmony. Music from off-Broadway's Peter & I will also be featured, along with a performance by RANGE a cappella.

Regionally, Dwan has been seen in Lord of the Flies at Barrington Stage and Fox on the Fairway at Gulfshore Playhouse. He has also been involved in workshops of The Honeymooners, If/Then, Little Miss Sunshine, and The Abominals. On TV, he has been seen on Royal Pains and One Bad Choice and on film in No Stranger and Campus Life.
