Judy Davis and Alison Pill have joined the cast of Woody Allen’s The Bop Decameron, according to a report on Deadline.com. The project is scheduled to begin production in Italy in July.

As previously reported, Allen has described the film by saying “It’s a broad comedy and there happened to be a part in it for me. I come to Rome with my wife because our daughter has met an Italian boy and we’re going to meet him and his family.” The cast will also feature the previously announced Alec Baldwin, Penélope Cruz, Jesse Eisenberg, and Ellen Page, along with Antonio Albanese, Fabio Armiliata, Roberto Benigni, Greta Gerwig, Alessandra Mastronardi, Ornella Muti, Flavio Parenti, Riccardo Scamarcio and Alessandro Tiberi.

Davis is currently starring in a Belvoir Street Theatre production of The Seagull in Sydney. Her other stage credits include Hapgood, Hedda Gabler and Insignificance. In addition, she received Academy Award nominations for her performances in A Passage to India and Allen’s Husbands and Wives.

Pill can currently be seen in Broadway’s The House of Blue Leaves. Among her other Broadway credits are The Miracle Worker, Mauritius, and The Lieutenant of Inishmore. Her other film appearances include Allen’s current film Midnight in Paris, as well as Milk and Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.
