Dimitri Leonidas, Ian McElhinney, Justin Salinger, and Ruth Wilson will star in in the world premiere of Jenny Worton's new stage adaptation of Ingmar Bergman's Through A Glass Darkly, to run June 10-July 31 at the Almeida Theatre. Michael Attenborough will direct the production.

The play focuses on a young woman who finds the boundaries of her kaleidoscopic internal world blurring and shifting as she and her family go on their annual holiday together.

Leonidas' film credits include Tormented, Fairy Tale and Centurion. McElhinney was last at the Almeida in Attenborough's production of There Came a Gypsy Riding. The two have also collaborated on Amphibians. Salinger's theater credits include Under the Blue Sky, The Food Chain, and Privates on Parade for the Donmar Warehouse. Wilson recently won an Olivier Award for her portrayal of Stella in A Streetcar Named Desire.

The creative team will include Tom Scutt (production design), Colin Grenfell (lighting design), and Dan Jones (original music and sound design).
