Tony Nominee Jennifer Damiano and Cast Set for Deathless

Deathless begins performances tonight at Goodspeed Musicals' Norma Terris Theater.

The new musical features a book, music, and lyrics by Zack Zadek. The plot is described as follows: "The Serling family is taking its annual road trip to Niagara Falls, but this time they’re saying goodbye to Mom. Along the way, memories of past trips, old wounds and family secrets are navigated in a not-too-distant future where no one dies of disease. For daughter Hayley, the journey means facing the big questions of life and death. Travel with unforgettable characters on the brink of discovering that living forever may not be as wonderful as it sounds."

Tina Landau directs the cast led by Jennifer Damiano (Spring Awakening) as Hayley. Damiano is joined by Sean Allan Krill (Honeymoon in Vegas) as Kevin Serling, Johnny Shea (Pip's Island) as Justin Lartney, Kelli Barrett (Doctor Zhivago) as Samantha Serling, and Jessica Phillips (Next to Normal) as Michelle Serling.

The creative team includes Dane Laffrey (scenic design), Tilly Grimes (costume design), Scott Zielinski (lighting design), Lucy Mackinnon (projection design), and Jay Hilton (sound design). Orchestrations are by Justin Goldner and Zack Zadek with music direction by Julie McBride.
