 | Cate Blanchett in A Streetcar Named Desire
(© Lisa Tomasetti) | Stage and screen star Cate Blanchett will participate in an interview/discussion with Emily Mann at the Kennedy Center on November 3 at Noon, according to a report in The Washington Post.
Blanchett, who is currently appearing as Blanche in Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire at the Kennedy Center (through November 21), will be discussing her career and this Sydney Theatre Company production.
Streetcar has been directed by Liv Ullman and also features Andrew Upton, who, with Blanchett, is co-artistic director of the Australian company. After its run in Washington, the production will come to the Brooklyn Academy of Music, running November 27 - December 20.
