Another Musical Sample From Signature Theatre's Beaches
Following last week's musical offering, Signature Theatre's upcoming world premiere of Beaches has released another song from David Austin and Iris Rainer Dart's score. The song, entitled "A Bunch of Kids," is sung by Mara Davi, whose character, Bertie, tries to convince her husband of the benefits of a big family. According to the Virginia theater, this was also the audition song that won Davi her starring role.
Performances will run at the Signature Theatre from February 18-March 23.
