Jon Bernthal, David Wilson Barnes, Christopher Fitzgerald, Jennifer Mudge Set for MCC Theater Productions

MCC Theater has announced casting for two of its upcoming productions, which will be presented Off-Broadway at the Lucille Lortel Theatre.
The complete cast for Stephen Belber’s Don’t Go Gentle (September 27 – November 4) will include David Wilson Barnes, Maxx Brawer, Michael Cristofer, Angela Lewis, and Jennifer Mudge. The play follows a retired conservative judge who volunteers to do pro bono legal work with a vulnerable ex-con with a troubled teenage son, while working to restore his relationships with his own children.
Tony Award-nominee Christopher Fitzgerald will join the previously reported Jon Bernthal and John Pollono in Pollono’s Small Engine Repair (May 16 – June 23). The piece focuses on three New Hampshire men who have known each other for many years, whose relationship changes with the arrival of Chad, a preppy college jock.
