(© Joseph Marzullo/WENN) | Actors Lance Bass, Staceyann Chinn, Michael Cerveris, Allison Janney, Angela Lansbury, and Patrick Wilson will be among those honored by the New York State Senate for their support of gay rights at New York City Hall at 5:30pm on Thursday, June 25.
The event, entitled Hollywood and Broadway Salute to Pride, will also feature speeches by Dustin Lance Black, the Oscar-winning screenwriter of Milk, and Cleve Jones, the founder of the AIDS Quilt, who was also featured as a "character" in Milk.
Admission is free. To attend the event, you must email your name, address and phone number by Tuesday, June 23 to senatepride@aol.com.
