Leah Hocking to Return to Billy Elliot September 15

Original Broadway cast member Leah Hocking will return to Billy Elliot: The Musical, running at the Imperial Theatre, on September 15 (as opposed to the previously announced September 8). In her absence, the part of Billy’s mom has been played by Kerry O’Malley.
Billy Elliot won 10 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Best Director, and Best Book of a Musical. Hocking’s other Broadway credits include Hairspray, All Shook Up, and Mamma Mia! She also appeared in the film Across the Universe, directed by Julie Taymor.
