Even though Newsies will be ending its Broadway run this Sunday, August 24, the show's hunky cast members still found time to work a little philanthropy into their week. Having been nominated by the touring cast of Pippin and Broadway's The Lion King, Corey Cott and his band of newsboys took to the street in front of the Nederlander Theatre to have buckets of freezing water thrown on them in order to raise awareness of ALS. Oh, and they decided not to wear shirts.
