Hudson Stage Company will present a free staged reading of Jeffrey Sweet’s play Kunstler on Friday, June 8 at the Croton Free Library in Croton-on-Hudson.
Jeff McCarthy will star in the play, which centers on a confrontation between radical activist lawyer William Kunstler and an audience full of law students.
Sweet’s credits include The Action Against Sol Schumann, The Value of Names, and American Enterprise. McCarthy was most recently seen in Southern Comfort, and has acted in the Broadway productions of Chicago and Urinetown.
