Beautiful, Bat Out of Hell, and More to Play at Washington's National Theatre

They join the previously announced world premiere of ”Beetlejuice” as part of the theater’s Broadway at the National 2018-19 season.

The National Theatre's 2018-19 Broadway at the National season has been fully announced.

As previously reported, the new musical adaptation of Beetlejuice will make its pre-Broadway world premiere at the theater (October 14-November 18), with Alex Timbers directing the musical featuring an original score by Eddie Perfect with a book by Scott Brown and Anthony King.

The rest of the season will feature the DC premieres of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (November 27-December 30), School of Rock (January 16-27, 2019), Finding Neverland (February 26, 2019-March 3, 2019), A Bronx Tale (March 26-31, 2019), Stomp (April 23-28, 2019), and Jim Steinman's Bat Out of Hell (May 7-26, 2019).
