The Tooting Arts Club production of Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street has finally announced a closing date for its successful run at Barrow Street Theatre. The production will play its final performance on August 26. It will also mark Barrow Street Theatre's last production at Greenwich House.

This production of the Stephen Sondheim-Hugh Wheeler musical came to Manhattan following sold-out runs in London, where the show debuted in Harrington's Pie and Mash Shop, the oldest continuously operating pie shop in Britain. Directed by Bill Buckhurst, Sweeney Todd is set in a working pie-shop environment re-created at the Barrow Street Theatre. The revival opened March 1, 2017.

The current cast includes Thom Sesma (Sweeney Todd), Sally Ann Triplett (Mrs. Lovett), Stacie Bono (Pirelli and Beggar Woman), Michael James Leslie (Judge Turpin), Zachary Noah Piser (Tobias), John Rapson (The Beadle), Billy Harrigan Tighe (Anthony), and DeLaney Westfall (Johanna), with Laura Darrell, Matt Leisy, Liz Pearce, Danny Rothman, Monet Sabel, Haley Swindal, and Drew Seigla.
