Stage and screen star Will Ferrell will guest star on four episodes of NBC’s hit comedy, The Office, this season, according to EW.com.
He’ll play a branch manager who arrives from the home office and proves to be just as inept as Michael Scott, the character played by Steve Carrell. Ferrell will appear in three episodes with Carrell and one acter Carrell departs the series.
Ferrell starred on Broadway in You’re Welcome America: A Final Evening With George W. Bush, which received a Tony nomination for Best Special Theatrical Event. His many films include Land of the Lost, Elf, and Anchorman, and he is well known for his work on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
