Waitress, Starring Betsy Wolfe, Institutes Rush-Ticket Policy

The musical runs at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre.

The Broadway production of Waitress will begin offering $40 rush tickets to every performance beginning Tuesday, August 22, at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre box office. The limited number of seats will be sold first come, first served, two per person, beginning at 10am.

Waitress, written by Sara Bareilles and Jessie Nelson, premiered in 2015 at American Repertory Theater in Boston. The musical is directed by Diane Paulus, choreographed by Lorin Latarro, and designed by Scott Pask (sets), Suttirat Larlarb (costumes), Christopher Akerlind (lighting), and Jonathan Deans (sound).

The current company is led by Betsy Wolfe as Jenna, alongside Charity Angél Dawson, Caitlin Houlahan, Drew Gehling, Joe Tippett, Larry Marshall, Christopher Fitzgerald, and Eric Anderson.
