Jonas — who is currently appearing on Broadway in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying — is making his second appearance on the series as young star Lyle West.
Smash, which centers on the backstage drama behind a Broadway musical about Marilyn Monroe, also stars Debra Messing, Christian Borle, Megan Hilty, Jack Davenport, Katharine McPhee, Raza Jaffrey, Jaime Cepero, and Brian d’Arcy James. Tony Award winner Bernadette Peters will also guest star on the episode.
