The Seattle Repertory Theatre production of Doug Wright’s I Am My Own Wife has extended its engagement, and will now close on March 10.

The winner of the 2004 Pulitzer Price for Drama and Tony Award for Best Play, the work tells the story of Charlotte von Mahlsdorf, a German transvestite who, against all odds, hid from the Nazis in plain sight as a woman.

Nick Garrison stars in the solo play, directed by Jerry Manning.
