The Cape Cod Theatre Project has announced casting for its staged reading of Nilo Cruz’s The Color of Desire, to be offered July 15-17. As previously announced, Carey Perloff will direct the performances.
The play, set in 1960, focuses on what happens when an American businessman hires a young Cuban actress to play the role of a woman he centers once loved.
The company will feature Grant Shaud, Scott Cohen, Alma Cuervo, Betsy Aidem, Maria Cellario, Jesse Perez, Shirley Rumierk, and Rey Lucas.
