Rosé will play J.M. Barrie.
OFC Creations Theatre announced that Ross “Rosé” McCorkell will star as J.M. Barrie in OFC’s production of Finding Neverland, running September 25-October 19 at the OFC Creations Theatre Center.
McCorkell, better known as “Rosé,” is a Scottish-American performer and drag queen, and was a finalist on season 13 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Other television credits include iCarly, America’s Got Talent, and The Voice. Theater credits include Princess Diana in the original London production of The Diana Mixtape, Glinda in The Wizard of Oz at Geva, and Victor Garber in the off-Broadway production of Titanique.
OFC’s first musical in the 2025-26 Broadway in Brighton series, Finding Neverland is based on the Oscar-winning movie about playwright J.M. Barrie and how four young brothers and their widowed mother inspired Peter Pan. The musical features a score by British singer Gary Barlow (formerly of the boy band Take That) and Grammy Award-winning songwriter Eliot Kennedy and a book by James Graham. OFC Creations is one of the first regional theaters to present Finding Neverland since the 2016 national tour.
