Stage and television veteran Richard Schiff has joined the cast of CBS’ Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, a midseason series to star Forest Whitaker and Janeane Garafolo, according to TVGuide.com. The actor will recur as FBI director Jack Fickler.
Schiff starred in the McCarter Theatre’s production of Lanford Wilson’sTalley’s Folley and is scheduled to star in an upcoming Broadway production of the play opposite Robin Wright. His other stage credits include Underneath the Lintel.
He is best known for his Emmy Award-winning work as Toby Ziegler on NBC’s The West Wing, and his other television credits include Past Life, Monk, Entourage, and In Plain Sight.
