Prospect Theatre Announces 2008 Dark Night Series

Prospect Theater Company will present a variety of programming, October 25-November 12 at the Hudson Guild Theater as part of its 2008 Dark Nights Series, when its mainstage production of the musical Illyria is not performing.

The series will include a number of solo pieces include Susan Gordon Clark’s Red Flags, Carol Hall’s The Sex Education of My Mother, Emmett Foster’s Confessions of a Mormon Family, Betsy Parrish’s Short Story, Rachel Schwartz’s One-Sixteenth, and Marianne Ferrari’s Guido Girl. In addition, The Artful Conspirators will present 30 ideas, 3 of them good, in which the audience will see the 30 ideas performed, and then vote for the best one, which will be given a full production in 2009.
