Marco Zunino, who will make his Broadway debut as Billy Flynn in Chicago the Musical, January 16-February 12, gave the press a sneak peek at his performance at the Ambassador Theatre on Thursday, January 12.
Zunino is a native of Lima, Peru, and has starred in Latin American productions of Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, Rent, and Cabaret. In 2013, he will star as Peter Allen in the first-ever Latin American production of The Boy from Oz.
Chicago features a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, with music by John Kander and lyrics by Fred Ebb. Walter Bobbie has directed the Broadway revival, which is choreographed by Ann Reinking.
