On Sunday, January 30, Broadway’s
Chicago celebrated with their Facebook fans by giving away the entire matinee house to fans who recruited 10 of their friends to “Like”
Chicago on the popular social networking site.
Also in the audience were many Chicago alumni, including Chita Rivera, Vincent Pastore, Lillias White, Karen Ziemba, Brent Barrett, Ute Lemper, Rob Bartlett Amra-Faye Wright, and Carol Woods.
The current principal cast features Colman Domingo as Billy Flynn, Bianca Marroquin as Roxie Hart, Leigh Zimmerman as Velma Kelly, Robert Creighton as Amos Hart, and LaVon Fisher-Wilson as Matron “Mama” Morton.
Chicago was directed by Walter Bobbie and choreographed by Ann Reinking. The creative team includes John Lee Beatty (scenic design), William Ivey Long (costume design), Ken Billington (lighting design), and Scott Lehrer (sound design).
