Patti LuPone will make a cameo appearance on FOX’s hit series Glee, according to a report TVLine.com. The Tony Award-winning star will appear as herself in the show’s Nationals-themed season finale.
On the episode, LuPone will meet with Rachel, played by Lea Michele, and Kurt, played by Chris Colfer, at Sardis.
LuPone has won Tony Awards for her performances in Evita and Gypsy. Among her other Broadway credits are The Robber Bridegroom, Master Class, The Old Neighborhood, Anything Goes, Sweeney Todd, and most recently, Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown. In June, she is scheduled to perform in the New York City Ballet’s production of The Seven Deadly Sins.
