Nicholas Carriere, Karen MacDonald, Fred Sullivan, Jr. Set for Commonwealth Shakespeare’s Coriolanus

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company will present a free production of the Bard’
s Coriolanus, July 25-August 12 at Boston Common. The production will be directed by Steven Maler.

The drama will star Nicholas Carriere (Coriolanus), Fred Sullivan, Jr. (Menenius Agrippa), Karen MacDonald (Volumnia), Jacqui Parker (Sicinius Velutus), Robert Walsh (Cominius), Maurice Parent (Tullus Aufidius), Remo Airaldi (Junius Brutus), Esme Allen (Virgilia), Angela Smith (Valeria), John Porell (Titus Lartius), Jason Luscier (Roman Senator), Andrew Burnap (Messenger to Coriolanus), Jeremy Browne (Volscian Senator), Brough Hansen (First Citizen), Christopher Cohen (Volscian Senator), Zachary Eisenstat (Second Citizen), Michael Knowlton (Ensemble), and Jim Mihelidakis (Ensemble).

The creative team includes Robert Walsh (fight direction), Yo-el Cassell (movement design), Cristina Todesco (scenic design), Eric Southern (lighting design), Seth Bodie (costume design), and David Remedios (sound design).
