Welcome to New Music Monthly, a distillation of the best Broadway albums out there, with our favorite tracks selected for your enjoyment. After all, so much new music is released every month that it's really hard not to miss something.

The music we're really excited about month includes the original cast albums of Broadway's Ain't Too Proud — The Life and Times of the Temptations, the West End's Tina — The Tina Turner Musical starring Adrienne Warren, off-Broadway's Cruel Intentions, and the concert The Jonathan Larson Project, as well as Ben Platt's newly released solo album. And four minutes of Michael C. Hall eating Skittles from Skittles Commercial: The Broadway Musical.
