Casting has been announced for a work-in-progress presentation of David Silberg’s Bashert, to be offered at Theater for the New City on September 27 at 7pm. Andrew Shaifer will direct the performance.
The play focuses on a very wealthy widow and her adult children and what happens when she discovers a late-age passion for theater.
The company will feature Marilyn Sokol, Lewis J. Stadlen, Angelica Torn, Cory Kahaney, Maia Madison, John Keating, Al Lubel and Crystal Field.
A contribution of $5 will be collected for the performance.
