Yellow Sound Label will release the third musical volume of Sondheim Unplugged: The NYC Sessions on Friday, November 18. Here's a sneak peek of the album, featuring Annie Golden as Mrs. Lovett, performing "The Worst Pies in London" from Sweeney Todd.

Of the recording, Sondheim Unplugged creator/producer Phil Geoffrey Bond had this to say about the number:

"Annie Golden has been a special guest in Sondheim Unplugged since the very beginning, twelve years ago. She has graciously appeared in the show dozens of times and we all adore her. She played Mrs. Lovett a few years back in regional theatre and has her own delicious take on the role. Our audiences loved seeing her sing not only "Unworthy of Your Love", which Sondheim wrote for her and appears on Volume One, but also her wonderfully wild, hilarious and madcap take on "Worst Pies," which always brings down the house. You can almost smell the crushed roaches."
