Lisa Kron’s 2.5 Minute Ride to Get Off-Broadway Revival

Nicole Golden will star in the Off Broadway revival of Lisa Kron’s 1999 solo show 2.5 Minute Ride at Altered Stages, from January 18-February 9. The production will be directed by Matt Morrow.
Kron, who starred in the original Off-Broadway production, is the author of Well, for which she received a Tony nomination as Best Actress. Her other plays include 101 Humiliating Stories, Charity and Montecore, 43/13, and Martha. She is a founding member of the OBIE and Bessie Award-winning theatre company The Five Lesbian Brothers, whose plays include Oedipus at Palm Springs, Brave Smiles, and The Secretaries.
Golden’s prior New York credits include The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, Cloud Nine, and Why We Have a Body.
The design team will include Mark Erbaugh (set), Gina Scherr (lighting), and Amy Altadonna (sound). Morrow’s credits include Only Children, The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, and john and jen.
