Lin-Manuel Miranda and Luis A. Miranda Jr. to Host Puerto Rico Relief Event

Lin-Manuel Miranda and his father, Luis A. Miranda Jr., will host a conversation at the Geffen Playhouse regarding Puerto Rico's progress toward long-term recovery from the devastating impact of Hurricane Maria.
The conversation will take place Friday, November 16, from noon to 1pm, at the Gil Cates Theater. The event will also discuss Hamilton's upcoming Puerto Rico engagement.
For more than 30 years, the Miranda family has championed community advocacy and activism. For Puerto Rico, the family has partnered with the Hispanic Federation to create the UNIDOS Fund, raising over $43 million for relief and long-term rebuilding efforts. All proceeds will benefit Hispanic Federation UNIDOS Fund and Geffen Playhouse's Education and Community Engagement programs.
