Julie Halston and Michael Urie to Announce 2019 Outer Critics Circle Nominations

The 2019 Outer Critics Circle Award nominations will be announced by Julie Halston (Tootsie) and Michael Urie (Torch Song) on Tuesday, April 23 at the Algonquin Hotel. The announcement will happen at 11am.

The winners of this year's awards will be revealed on Monday, May 13, with a gala dinner to follow on Thursday, May 23, at Sardi's.

Now in its 69th year, the Outer Critics Circle is an organization of writers and commentators covering New York theater for out-of-town newspapers, national publications, and other media beyond Broadway. TheaterMania's David Gordon currently serves as its president.
