Irving Berlin’s White Christmas Replaces God of Carnage in Broadway in Chicago Season

Irving Berlin’s White Christmas will replace Yasmina Reza’s God of Carnage, which as previously announced, has been pulled from Broadway in Chicago’s 2010-2011 season. White Christmas will run December 15 – January 2.

The musical, which features such Berlin hits as “Blue Skies” and “Sisters” along with the famed title song, joins the previously announced lineup which includes Fuerza Bruta: Look Up (performances begin May 21), Stomp (April 27 – May 2), Avenue Q (May 4-9), Cirque Dreams’ Illumination (June 2-6), Jackie Mason – No Holds Barred (June 18-20), Rock of Ages (performances begin September 21), The Lion King (September 29 – November 27), the French-Canadian circus piece Traces (performances begin October 26), Wicked (December 1 – January 23), 9 to 5: The Musical (January 18-31), and Burn the Floor (February 1-13).
