Irish Rep Announces Cast for The Hairy Ape

Irish Repertory Theatre has announced the cast for Eugene O’Neill’s The Hairy Ape, running September 25-November 15, with an opening night on October 4, on the Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage. The production is directed by Ciarán O’Reilly.

The cast will include Jon Beavers (Hulu’s Paradise) making his New York theater debut as Yank, Joanna Glushak as Mildred’s Aunt, Ariyan Kassam as Long, John Keating (in his 29th Irish Rep show) as Paddy, Adam Petherbridge as Secretary for the IWW/Ensemble, and Elizabeth Teeter as Mildred. The ensemble includes Jonathan Crimeni, Hassiem Muhammad, and Harrison Tipping.

The production will feature set design by Charlie Corcoran, costume design by Orla Long, lighting design by Michael Gottlieb, sound design by Florian Staab, original music by Ryan Rumery, and properties by Nicole Rozanski.
