The Getty Villa has announced that it will continue its Villa Theater Lab Series with the spoken word performance Hymns to Aphrodite by Hugh Lupton and Helen Chadwick.
Hymns to Aphrodite is a new work in progress, telling tales of the Greek and Roman gods of love.
Lupton, a storyteller, and Chadwick, a composer and singer, work together to create the piece.
