Tony Award nominee Lucas Hnath's play Hillary and Clinton will offer a midnight performance on May 16. With a cast led by Tony and Emmy Award winners Laurie Metcalf and John Lithgow and directed by Tony Award winner Joe Mantello, Hillary and Clinton began performances at the John Golden Theatre on March 16 ahead of opening on April 18.

The play is set in the early days of 2008, where a former first lady named Hillary (Metcalf) is in a desperate bid to save her troubled campaign for President of the United States. With Lithgow as her husband, Bill, the production also features Zak Orth as Hillary's campaign manager, Mark Penn, and Peter Francis James as Hillary's opponent, Barack.

The Hillary and Clinton creative team includes Chloe Lamford (set design), Ann Roth (costume design), and Hugh Vanstone (lighting design).
