Girls star Zosia Mamet and The Voice finalist Sasha Allen are among the stage veterans who will help honor Emmy winner Allison Janney at MCC Theater's Miscast 2014 Gala, to be held at the Hammerstein Ballroom on March 31.

The annual event, which features stage and screen stars performing songs from roles in which they will never be cast, will also welcome Tony winners Christian Borle, Anika Noni Rose, and Lin-Manuel Miranda, as well as Steven Pasquale, Jesse L. Martin, Keala Settle, and Nicole Parker. For the second year in a row, Victor Garber is set to serve as host, and Phil Reno will be the evening's musical director.

Honoree Janney, best known for her performance as press secretary C.J. Cregg on NBC's The West Wing, received Tony nominations for her performances in the 2009 Broadway musical 9 to 5 and the 1998 revival of the play A View From the Bridge. Janney won a Drama Desk Award for both performances. She also appeared on Broadway in Present Laughter. Working with MCC Theater, she starred in Alan Ball's Five Women Wearing the Same Dress, Annie Evans' I Can't Stop Thinking Today, and several play marathons. On screen, she has appeared in Juno, American Beauty, The Help, and The Way, Way Back.
