Full casting has been announced for the upcoming Berkeley Repertory Theatre production of Shakespeare's Macbeth, starring Olivier Award winner Conleth Hill (The Seafarer) and Tony and Oscar winner Frances McDormand (Olive Kitteridge).
The pair will play Macbeth in Lady Macbeth in the supernatural drama, which is directed by Tony winner Daniel Sullivan. They are joined by James Carpenter (Duncan and Porter), Scott Coopwood (Lennox), Derek Fischer (First Murderer), (Bleeding Captain and Seyton), Christopher Innvar (Banquo and Siward), Eddie Ray Jackson (Donalbain), Korey Jackson (Macduff), Paul Jennings (Mentieth), Billy Eugene Jones (Ross), Leon Jones (Macduff’s Son), Adam Magill (Malcolm), Rami Margron (Witch/Gentlewoman), Nicholas Pelczar (Angus and Second Murderer), Tyler Pierce (Fleance), Mia Tagano (Lady Macduff and Witch), Pat Henry (Ensemble), and Devin O'Brien (Ensemble).
The creative team includes Douglas W. Schmidt (scenic design), Meg Neville (costume design), Pat Collins (lighting design), Dan Moses Schreier (composition/sound design), Alexander V. Nichols (video design), Barry Kraft (dramaturg), Dave Maier (fight director), and Lynne Soffer (voice coach).
Performances run February 19-April 10.
