Found Set for Philadelphia Theatre Company's 2016-17 Season

Philadelphia Theatre Company has announced its 2016-17 season, which includes a production of the Drama Desk-nominated musical Found. The show, which features a book by Tony nominee Hunter Bell and Lee Overtree and music and original lyrics by Eli Bolin, had its world premiere in 2014 at the Atlantic Theater Company. The production is set for a run at PTC from November 9-December 11.
The PTC season opens with a remounting of Theatre Exile’s production of Rizzo, written by Bruce Graham and based on the best-selling book by Sal Paolantonio called Rizzo: The Last Big Man in Big City America. Directed by Exile’s founding artistic director Joe Canuso, performances will run from September 23-October 16.
Next will be Having Our Say, written by McCarter Theatre artistic director Emily Mann. The play is adapted from the book by Sarah L. Delany and A. Elizabeth Delany with Amy Hill Hearth. Performances will run from January 27-February 19, 2017.
Robert Askins' Tony-nominated dark comedy Hand to God, which closed on Broadway earlier this year, will then come to PTC for a run from April 7-30, 2017, followed by the world premiere of Bill Cain's American Canvas, which closes out the season with a run from May 26-June 18.
